my house was inspected on June 7 , and on sept 28 i noticed a water leak in my screened in porch. i followed the leak to the a beam holding up my porch roof with a crack in it and it was all rotted out . i called David to look at it and he did on sept 30 wile i was at work . that Wednesday i noticed that the crack was now a hole and it was bigger and there was a second hole i tried calling Dave that day an then for a few more he wouldn't return my calls . i finally called from a different number on Friday . he finally picked up and kept it short and said i cant see were a leak would coming from and he poked at the hole making it bigger and he would e-mail me after he would look at the old records . he never apologized for missing this , never offered a refund or fix the holes that he made worse .he refuses to email me or returns calls cause he knows he was wrong. now his mistake is costing me.
